It will be an evening of Food, Fun, and Chocolate!

The schedule is as follows:

7:00pm Heather Goodell, MSPT to speak on Preventative Wellness for the winter Months. Subjects to include: Mood Boosting, Stress Relief, Cardiovascular health, healthy Blood Sugar Levels and much more.

7:30pm Alicia Crockett (Nutritional Counselor) and Robert Follis (Professional Martial Arts Instructor for Team Quest) to talk about antioxidants and Xocai, a raw cacao product that has been changing the way people look at chocolate.

Come and sample “healthy chocolate” and learn what we can do for you to improve overall health and stamina.
